In the name of Allah , the Beneficent , the Merciful. Praise be to Allah , Lord of the Worlds , The Beneficent , the Merciful . Owner of the Day of Judgment , Thee ( alone ) we worship ; Thee alone we ask for help .

By the racers, panting, And the producers of sparks [when] striking, And the chargers at dawn, Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,…

The Striking Calamity -, What is the Striking Calamity?, And what can make you know what is the Striking, It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed,… 

Competition in [worldly] increase diverts you, Until you visit the graveyards., No! You are going to know., Then no! You are going to know…

By time, Indeed, mankind is in loss, Except for those who have believed and done righteous…

Woe to every scorner and mocker, Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it., He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal…

Have you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your

Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant?…

For the accustomed security of the Quraysh -, Their accustomed security [in] the caravan of winter and, Let them worship the Lord of this House,…

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense?, For that is the one who drives away the orphan, And does not encourage the feeding of the poor…

Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar., So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone]., Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off…

Say, “O disbelievers, I do not worship what you worship., Nor are you worshippers of what I worship., Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship…

Alif . Lam . Ra . These are verses of the wise Scripture ., Is it a wonder for mankind that We have inspired a man …

Is it ( only ) then , when it hath befallen you , that ye will

believe? What! ( Believe ) now , when ( until now ) ye …

Say : Behold what is in the heavens and the earth! But

revelations and warnings avail not folk who will not believe ….

When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest, And you see the people entering into the religion of… 

May the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he., His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained., He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame…

Say, “He is Allah , [who is] One, Allah , the Eternal Refuge., He neither begets nor is born,…

Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak, From the evil of that which He created, And from the evil of darkness when it settles… 

Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind., The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer -…

Alif . Lam . Ra . ( This is ) a Scripture the revelations

whereof are perfected and then expounded . ( It cometh ) …

O my people! I ask of you no reward for it . Lo! my reward

is the concern only of Him who made me . Have ye then …

We wronged them not , but they did wrong themselves ;

and their gods on whom they call beside Allah availed them …

Alif . Lam . Ra . These are verses of the Scripture that

maketh plain ….

He ( the king ) ( then sent for those women and ) said :

What happened when ye asked an evil act of Joseph? …

O my Lord! Thou hast given me ( something ) of

sovereignty and hast taught me ( something ) of the …

Alif . Lam . Mim . Ra . These are verses of the Scripture .

That which is revealed unto thee from thy Lord is the Truth , …

Alif . Lam . Ra . ( This is ) a Scripture which We have

revealed unto thee ( Muhammad ) that thereby thou mayst…

Alif . Lam . Ra . These are verses of the Scripture and

a plain Reading ….

And tell them of Abraham ‘ s guests , ( How ) when they came in unto him , and said : Peace . …

The commandment of Allah will come to pass , so seek

not ye to hasten it . Glorified and Exalted be He above…

Allah hath said : Choose not two gods . There is only One

God . So of Me , Me only , be in awe ….

And when We put a revelation in place of ( another )

revelation , and Allah knoweth best what He revealeth …

Glorified be He Who carried His servant by night from

the Inviolable Place of Worship to the Far Distant Place …

Or some created thing that is yet greater in your thoughts!

Then they will say : Who shall bring us back ( to life ) . Say : …

And verily We gave unto Moses nine tokens , clear

proofs ( of Allah ‘ s Sovereignty ) . Do but ask the …

Praise be to Allah Who hath revealed the Scripture unto

His slave , and hath not placed therein any crookedness ,…

I made them not to witness the creation of the heavens

and the earth , nor their own creation ; nor choose I …

Those whose eyes were hoodwinked from My reminder ,

and who could not bear to hear ….
