किसी पर्वतीय प्रदेश में वानरों का एक समूह निवास करता था| एक वर्ष हेमन्त ऋतु में भयंकर वायु चलने लगी| उसके साथ ही वर्षा आरम्भ हुई और हिमपात भी होने लगा|
