एवम उक्तस तु भीमेन समितं कृत्वा पलवंगमः
यदि ते ऽहम अनुग्राह्यॊ दर्शयात्मानम आत्मना
एक राजा था| उसकी एक लड़की थी| जब राजकुमारी बड़ी हुई तो रानी को उसके विवाह की चिंता होने लगी| राजा के महल में एक जमादारिन सफाई करने आती थी| एक दिन रानी को उदास देखकर उसने उनकी उदासी का कारण पूछा, तो रानी ने कहा – “क्या कहूं? लड़की बड़ी हो गई है| उसके ब्याह की चिंता मुझे रात-दिन खाए जा रही है|”
