Say, “He is Allah , [who is] One, Allah , the Eternal Refuge., He neither begets nor is born,…
1 قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
qul huwa ‘ll:ahu ‘ʔaḥadun
Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One,
2 ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ
‘ll:ahu ‘lṣ:amadu
Allah , the Eternal Refuge.
3 لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ
lam yalid walam yuwlad
He neither begets nor is born,
4 وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ
walam yakun l:ahuw kufuwan’ ‘ʔaḥadunm
Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
