Chapter 67
“Vaisampayana said, ‘When Duryodhana, the son of Dhritarashtra, showedlittle regard for the words spoken by Sanjaya, and when the rest remainedsilent, the assembled kings rose up and retired.
Chapter 152
“Vaisampayana said, ‘Then, when the night had passed away, a largeconcourse of the townspeople came there in haste to see the sons ofPandu. After extinguishing the fire, they saw that the house just burntdown had been built of lac in materials and that (Duryodhana’s)counsellor Purochana had been burnt to death.
विश्वास हो तो भगवान सदा समीप हैं
दुर्योधन के कपट-द्यूत में सर्वस्त्र हारकर पांडव द्रौपदी के साथ काम्यक वन में निवास कर रहे थे, परंतु दुर्योधन के चित्त को शांति नहीं थी| पांडवों को कैसे सर्वथा नष्ट कर दिया जाए, वह सदा इसी चिंता में रहता था|
