कथं राजा परजा रक्षेन न च किं चित परतापयेत
पृच्छामि तवां सतां शरेष्ठ तन मे बरूहि पितामह

परेषाम एव यशसा शलाघसे तवं; सदा छन्नः कुत्सयन धार्तराष्ट्रान
जानीमस तवां विदुर यत परियस तवं; बालान इवास्मान अवमन्यसे तवम
“Bhishma said, ‘Thus addressed, O king, by that messenger, king Drupada,like a thief caught (in the act), could not speak. He exerted himselfgreatly, by sending sweet-speeched emissaries with his own instruction tothem, saying,–This is not so,–in order to pacify his brother.
“Dhritarashtra said, “When the invincible Drona, of immeasurable energy,unable to bear (the slaughter of Jayadratha), Wrathfully entered into themidst of the Srinjayas, what did all of you think?
“Vaisampayana said, ‘Hearing that Vidura had returned, and that the kinghad consoled him, the evil-minded son of Dhritarashtra began to burn ingrief.
नुस्खा – देवदारु, अजमोद, बायबिड़ंग, सेंधा नमक, पीपरामूल, पीपल, सौंफ एवं कालीमिर्च 20-20 ग्राम तथा बड़ी हरड़, सोंठ और बिधारा 100-100 ग्राम – सबको कूट-पीसकर महीन चूर्ण बनाकर शीशी में रख लें|
गाजर सारे भारत में पैदा होती है| यह खाद्य तथा औषधीय गुणों की दृष्टि से बहुत उपयोगी है| कच्ची खाने से लेकर साग-सब्जी, अचार, मुरब्बा, हलवा, औषधि आदि बहुत से रूपों में गाजर का उपयोग होता है|
